Member News

Staying sharp in your field means learning continuously, but good, practical training is usually either expensive or hard to fit around a full working week. A lot of professional development ends up too theoretical to use on Monday morning, or too costly to easily justify.

As a BCCD member, you do not have to choose between the two. You can take Kognitiv Academy’s business and career growth workshops at no cost. Kognitiv Academy is a KHDA-approved professional learning platform based in Dubai. Every workshop is taught in person by an active industry practitioner, and every one is built around skills you can apply at work straight away rather than theory you file and forget.

What You’ll Explore

• A rotating range of workshops focused on business skills and career growth
• Sessions taught in person, so you learn in the room rather than through a screen
• Content led by active industry practitioners drawing on current, real-world practice
• Practical methods and tools you can put to use at work immediately

Who Is This For

• BCCD members who want to keep building their skills without a training budget
• Early-career professionals strengthening their core business and workplace skills
• Managers and team leaders who want development that is practical and applicable
• Business owners and independent professionals who want to grow without large course fees

What You’ll Leave With

• Practical skills you can apply at work straight away
• Learning drawn from active industry practice, not textbook theory
• Access to KHDA-approved professional training at no cost, as a member benefit
• The freedom to come back and take more than one workshop as new sessions are offered

This is professional development that fits a working life: practical, in person, and free to you as a BCCD member. Choose the workshops that match where you want to grow.
