Role Highlights:

• Oversee and facilitate tenancy design reviews for approvals in line with the Design & Fit-Out Criteria Manual and local authority requirements
• Prepare design briefs and carry out technical evaluations for associated LVRs and TVRs

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience
• Based in Dubai (retail or fit-out experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Design Management is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
• Immediate availability is required for this role

Key accountabilities & Tasks

•  Manage holistic delivery of coordinated tenancy designs in conjunction with mall design strategies.
• Manage the tenant design review for approval to ensure all stores and Projects meet the required standard and image of the Mall/ Asset.
• Facilitate the design process starting from kick-stage all the way to tracking, reviewing drawings and issuance of approvals.
• Coordinate with external consultants and local authorities to ensure all relevant approvals are in place for the design enhancements undertaken for Assets.
• To ensure tenancy designs are being reviewed and approved as per the set Design Manuals and in compliance with local authority requirements of safety and building regulations .
