This Ramadan, Bisou and Alba offer unique dining experiences in Downtown Dubai, from late-night breakfast favorites and grand desserts at Bisou to a premium Wagyu Iftar set menu at Alba. Perfect for family gatherings, corporate events, or intimate celebrations, each venue combines tradition with culinary excellence.

 

BISOU

This Ramadan, Bisou extends its hours until 2:00 AM, bringing its celebrated breakfast experience into the heart of the evening. Guests may enjoy signature favorites -  from French Toast and Shakshuka to classic brioche creations - at any time of day or night, within one of Downtown Dubai’s most striking dining rooms.

In honor of the holy month, guests are welcomed with complimentary dates and laban, while Basboussa and a curated selection of traditional non alcoholic beverages are introduced exclusively for Ramadan.

Large Iftar Groups

For private and corporate gatherings, Bisou presents a curated 11 course Ramadan Set Menu, thoughtfully designed for both Iftar and late Suhoor.

The experience begins with traditional dates and laban, followed by a selection of Middle Eastern hot and cold starters, comforting soups, signature mains, and concludes with classic Basboussa.

Boutique Desserts

This Ramadan, Bisou introduces Grand Desserts for Sharing - oversized interpretations of its most iconic sweet creations, designed as centerpieces for late night gatherings.

Available for groups of four or more, from 9:30 PM onwards, with 24 hour advance reservation:

  • Grand Pavlova with berries - AED 275
  • Grand Honey Cake with ice cream and berries - AED 275
  • Grand French Toast with berries and dulce de leche - AED 190

Paired with Bisou’s specialty coffee selection - including the Apricot V60 and Karak Raf - late Ramadan evenings unfold into a complete sensory experience, meant to be savored slowly and shared together.

ALBA

This Ramadan, Alba invites guests to gather and break their fast over a thoughtfully curated Wagyu Set Menu, priced at AED 250 per person.

Designed especially for the holy month, the menu blends time honored Ramadan traditions with Alba’s contemporary Japanese cuisine. It is available daily from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Featuring premium A5 Kurohana Wagyu throughout, the Ramadan Set Menu includes:

  • Iftar Opening: Dates & Laban
  • Starter: Edamame Salt
  • Soup Selection: Miso Soup or Oxtail Soup
  • Appetizer Platter: Wagyu Gyoza, Wagyu Nigiri, Broken Cucumber
  • Main Course: Wagyu Don (Striploin 9+) or Wagyu Ramen (Striploin 9+)
  • Dessert: Yuzu Sorbet
