Across the region, many people still find health insurance hard to understand, what is covered, how networks work, and how to make the best use of the plans. Cigna Healthcare has launched a new Health Insurance Literacy initiative to make this simpler, clearer, and easier to use in everyday life.

Health Insurance Literacy video series

Cigna Healthcare’s Health Literacy video series is now live, with short episodes that explain common health insurance topics in a clear, practical way. 

Season 1, Episode 1, Meet your provider network, breaks down what a network is, why it matters, and how understanding it can support a smoother care experience. 

More episodes will be released throughout the year, and the full series can be accessed via the YouTube playlist here.
