Notable promotions include:

·        SilverDoor’s Martin Klima is promoted from Chief Customer Officer to Chief Operating Officer for the combined business. 

·        Synergy Global Housing’s Claire Barrie is promoted from EVP Commercial Operations at Synergy to Chief Commercial Officer for the combined business.  

·        Synergy Global Housing’s Leslie O'Brien is promoted from EVP US Operations to Chief Product Officer, Synergy by SilverDoor.  

These appointments, across operations, commercial strategy and product, mark an important step in aligning the combined organisation and strengthening its global capability as it enters this next phase of expansion.

Roles Designed for an Expanded, Global Organisation

As COO, Martin Klima will take global responsibility for customer relationships and client-facing service, unifying service delivery and account management across all regions. Klima joined SilverDoor in 2012 and has led the company’s customer and client strategy since 2018.

Claire Barrie, in her new role as CCO, will lead global business development and marketing functions, tasked with driving international expansion under a single commercial strategy. Barrie joined Synergy in 2019 and brings extensive experience across both agency and operator models.

As Chief Product Officer for Synergy by SilverDoor, Leslie O’Brien will oversee standards, operations and development of the merged company’s managed property inventory worldwide. Leslie's new role will see her take overall responsibility for the portfolio of managed properties and maintaining operating standards globally. Leslie came to Synergy from Oakwood where she was responsible for the management, growth and operational execution of the U.S. market, coast to coast.
