Youth to Pro Tournament - The next generation of stars

In this article, we give you an inside look at our upcoming Youth to Pro tournament this November. Outlining the competition and the elite calibre of teams we have participating in it. There is also ample opportunity for partnerships with the tournament as this tournament is set to be held for the next 5 years.

This year marks the inaugural edition of our new Youth to Pro tournament. This tournament will form as a warm-up for elite nations U16 teams as they prepare to play in the U17 World Cup in Qatar a year later. The 4 nations featuring this year are England, Australia, Ivory Coast and the USA.

Youth to Pro Tournament:

As the Qatar U17 world cup looms ever closer for 48 youth nations around the world, their year below age groups are watching on eagerly anticipating for their turn next year. As anyone who lives in the middle east knows, playing sports outside can be a challenge due to the climate (specifically if you are from Britain). Therefore, the Youth to Pro tournament was founded by CBF to prepare teams for their eventual World Cup in Qatar a year later. Their players will get used to the harsh climates at different times of the day whilst mimicking the elite and professional experience they will have in Qatar. With huge footballing nations participating in the inaugural event, it will shape up to be a brilliant exhibition of football and pave the way for future stars to shine through.

Partnership Opportunities:

With that being said, we work closely with brands seeking visibility in sport through sponsorships, hospitality activations, and tailored collaborations. Through the Youth to Pro tournament we are able to provide partners with access to international audiences, grassroots communities, and a rapidly growing football market in the Middle East and Asia. As we approach the inaugural event this November, we encourage businesses and brands to get in touch with us to get involved on a project that is only just beginning. With the tournament already signed off until 2030 at the minimum, there is room for growth and continued partnership.
