Relationships are Everything

Everyone has a favourite place or person that they continually go back to…. doctor, physiotherapist, restaurant, clothing shop, lawyer, vet and so on.

 

Why is that? Well lets start with the restaurant. Ever been somewhere where they greet you by name at the front desk? Take to your “usual table” and get your favourite drink? Serve you in record time and perfectly prepare your favorite dish? That place is your favourite restaurant. My favourite restaurant even remembers my dogs name 😊

You know why I have used the same accountant for the last 20 years? He is very knowledgeable and nothing is ever a problem. When I need something, he drops whatever he is doing to help me. Why would I use someone else?

I go to a business because of the people who work there and not the business.
