Oktoberfest at garden on 8 – Prost, Pints & Prizes

Break out the bratwurst and raise your steins, Oktoberfest is back at garden on 8, and we’re going big with beers, beats, and Bundesliga action.

From 1st to 4th October, expect German beers flowing all day, a hearty German-inspired food menu, and plenty of reasons to toast. It’s a week full of games, giveaways, DJs, and football, including a massive Saturday brunch, the SA vs Argentina rugby showdown, and a Bundesliga highlight: Bayern vs Frankfurt on 4th October. We’re bringing in DJ Micha from Germany and DJ Jade to keep the vibes high. Plus, score some serious prizes throughout the week, from premium garden party packages to beer towers and classic German meal vouchers.

The Sunday Roast @ Qwerty

Qwerty’s Sunday Roast: Guess what? We’re bringing a classic to Qwerty, and it’s about time. Because Sundays were made for lazy feasting, warm banter, and just one more Yorkshire pudding. We’ve taken a little trip through time, back to the 15th century, when the Brits decided Sundays should be all about slow-roasted meats, crispy roasties, and hearty helpings of happiness. The result? A curated yet unpretentious feast with all the trimmings crafted by our Chef. Start with a choice of sausage rolls, a dirty martini prawn cocktail, or the soup of the day. Then, onto the main event: roast beef, roast lamb, or a mix of both, served with all the trimmings, perfectly crisp roast potatoes, glazed carrots, seasonal vegetables, red cabbage with cranberries, and, of course, a Yorkshire pudding. If you’ve got room, end on a sweet note with either our sustainable bread & butter pudding or a proper British trifle.
