Four4 Creatives is a Dubai-based creative marketing agency where strategic content meets exceptional visuals. We specialise in social media, content production, and paid advertising for some of the region’s most exciting brands across F&B, hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle.

 

As we grow, we’re looking for a talented and creative Content Creator / Social Media Account Executive to join our Dubai team. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day social content and client communications, with a particular focus on content planning, caption writing, and bringing creative ideas to life on social.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll be part of the driving force behind our content output, collaborating closely with our marketing team to plan, shoot, and edit a variety of video content for use across social platforms and digital channels. You’ll also manage the execution of content calendars, schedule posts, write engaging copy, and keep a close eye on performance and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute monthly social media calendars across various channels
  • Write captions and schedule content using tools like Vista Social or Meta Business Suite
  • Collaborate with the content team on shoots, from pre-production planning to on-site support
  • Support with basic video editing or reel creation
  • Assist with planning, setting up, and optimising META Ads campaigns for client accounts
  • Monitor performance and engagement, and compile monthly reports and insights
  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day client communication and feedback
  • Bring proactive, creative content ideas to the table for campaigns and social storytelling
  • Stay updated on platform trends, sounds, and formats relevant to our brands

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a social media agency
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic Adobe tools a bonus
  • Experience with META Ads Manager and paid social campaigns is an advantage
  • Based in Dubai with flexibility to attend shoots/events as needed
