Organized by the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, Ras Al Khaimah (DoHR) and the Investment and Development Office Ras Al Khaimah (IDO), the event continues to play a pivotal role in connecting local talent with meaningful opportunities in Ras Al Khaimah and across the UAE.

Building on the success of the past two editions, RAKJIF 2025 will host over 80 leading employers from sectors including banking, oil and gas, consulting, engineering, hospitality, real estate and more, and is expected to attract over 1,000 ambitious Emirati jobseekers from Ras Al Khaimah and other emirates. Confirmed participants for this year include PwC and RAKBANK as Gold Sponsors and RAK Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU) as Silver Sponsor, alongside a strong line-up of both global and regional employers.

This year’s event will also feature the AI and Future of Work Forum, exploring how artificial intelligence is influencing the future of employment and skills in the MENA region. The forum will bring together local and international experts, business leaders and policymakers to share insights on preparing the workforce for a rapidly changing job market.
