The Menopause Hub Partners with CIPD Middle East for the Pivotal Workplace Menopause Survey

This initiative is a key part of the Hub’s wider strategy to drive meaningful change across the GCC. Right now, there is little to no data available in the UAE around how menopause impacts women in the workplace and beyond and as we often say, we cannot change what we don’t measure.

We are working to normalise menopause conversations, influence policy, and create environments where women feel supported and empowered at every stage of life.

Together, we can reshape the future of work for women across the region.

The more voices we hear, the stronger the case for real change.
