Beebolt’s New AI-Powered Assistant Aims to Simplify Global Trade - and Revolutionize Supply Chain Logistics

Beebolt, the AI-powered collaboration platform for global trade, launched a new tool in March to help SMEs navigate trade complexities and unlock new revenue streams.

The Boost platform aims to democratize access to global trade expertise, enabling businesses of all sizes to compete effectively in international markets. Teams can easily connect with suppliers and forwarders, track shipments, receive trade alerts and updates, and much more. Keeping end-to-end supply chain management in one place.

Boost was developed after extensive research across various industries identified key pain points in their international trade processes. Its features include:

AI Trade Assistant: A specialised chat interface that answers complex international trade questions in real-time, eliminating the need for costly consultations.

Trade Calculators: Automated tools that instantly calculate tariffs, duties, and shipping costs, with direct integration into Beebolt's shipping system for seamless execution.

Trade Alerts: Notifications about trade disruptions, regulatory changes, and market shifts that could impact shipping timelines or costs.

Knowledge Hub: A central content hub that consists of Beebolt’s insights about visibility into shipments, customs status, and regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

“SMEs are the backbone of supply chains,” says CEO and Co-Founder, Talal Abu-Issa. “But they often face significant challenges which can limit their ability to scale, and expand into new markets. Our platform solves specific problems that typically require multiple tools or expensive expertise.”

By seamlessly integrating with existing workflows, teams gain access to actionable insights and contextual data from across their supply chain. Equipped with this information, teams can drastically increase their capabilities and internal and external collaboration. For businesses, this means more effectively predicting, planning and even preventing disruptions - strengthening their operational resilience and reputation in the market.

Boost launched last month at the British Chambers of Commerce’s inaugural Driving International Trade Conference in London. The conference was attended by over 300 business leaders and political stakeholders, including Rt. Honorable David Lammy. The platform will be free to use for small-medium enterprises to help lower the barrier of entry and strengthen global trade.

“The new dashboard enables SMEs to save countless hours of research and prevent costly mistakes when entering new markets,” says Abu-Issa. “We’re thrilled to bring this initiative to the industry, and help strengthen the global trade landscape.”

Founded in 2021, Beebolt was developed to streamline complex operations, enabling organisations to overcome challenges with confidence and precision. The platform is built to empower teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation at every stage of the supply chain. Beebolt became a British Chambers of Commerce Dubai member in March 2025.
