AI is Here - What Does it Mean for Leadership?

We live in an increasingly VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world. Developments in AI demonstrate this, but what does this mean for the ways that we lead our organisations and form effective strategy? New approaches to management, such as Agile, looked to address this by creating more responsive organisations. Now organisations are responding to new developments that AI brings. We question what role leadership plays in this world, and identify potential answers in theory and practice.
