Baron, founded by Athanasios Kargatzidis in Lebanon, takes its patrons on a journey that spans the seaside tavernas of Greece through to the market halls of Lebanon and the countryside restaurants of the Levant. This Ramadan, Baron takes its bold flavours to new heights, with an exclusive take over of Ginger Moon, the culinary hotspot at W Dubai - Mina Seyahi.

 

Baron’s founder, lovingly known as Chef Tommy, will be in town to facilitate and participate in the unique collaboration. Born in Greece and raised in Canada, Chef Tommy opened Baron as a love letter to his childhood travels to the Middle East and Europe. Baron is a celebration of local Lebanese cuisine, reinvented-classics and innovative specials. With their ‘Baron-spiced’ fried chicken dish, slow-cooked overnight Lamb Shank and grain-fed Steak Hache served with ‘Baron butter’, steak sauce and brioche; Baron is a celebration of all things homegrown and innovative.

Ginger Moon at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi redefines the beach-club experience with its New Californian cuisine, offering a new, Dubai-first cuisine concept. A vibrant dining haven, Ginger Moon is the ideal destination for relaxed moments with family and loved ones. Boasting breathtaking views of the city, an in-house pool, and a stylish bar, Ginger Moon provides the perfect setting for groups of friends, families, and couples to unwind and savour exceptional meals in a serene and lively atmosphere.

Guests can indulge in a mouthwatering a la carte menu showcasing Baron’s finest creations. Start with signature appetizers like Baron’s special eggplant, Shis Barak, and Arnabieh. For the main course, the spiced Cauliflower, Lamb Shoulder served with saffron rice and house pickles, Farouj—grilled chicken paired with Marouk bread, and roasted Grouper with tahini, pomegranate, and walnut tarator are absolute must-haves. To wrap up the meal on a sweet note, Baron offers a selection of Date Pudding, Tahini Tart, and Baklava Petit Fours.
