This podcast is co-hosted by two industry leaders and BCCD Members; Emma Jordaan and Sarah Brooks.

 Emma Jordaan is a recognised thought leader in Cultural Intelligence (CQ), a field dedicated to understanding and improving cross-cultural interactions in global and diverse environments. As a CQ Fellow, Emma is part of an elite group of global experts specialising in the application of Cultural Intelligence. She is also the Founder and CEO of Infinite Consulting, a learning and development company that empowers organisations and individuals to thrive in multicultural workplace. 

Sarah Brooks, an accomplished CIPD qualified HR professional and business owner of Fikrah HR, specialising in strategic talent management, organisational development, and creating positive workplace cultures. She demonstrates expertise in driving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness through innovative HR practices supporting small and medium sized businesses with their HR needs. 

Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to address the challenges and opportunities of working in one of the world’s most culturally diverse regions.
