Waste to Wonder's Partnership with Kidzink

Date Posted:Wed, 12th Jun 2024

Waste to Wonder Worldwide have launched a partnership with Kidzink a leading provider of educational furniture and designers of amazing spaces for children.

This started with a pilot project last summer which saw 2 container loads of furniture and several boxes of school uniforms redistributed to the Kan Do It Academy in Accra Ghana. The partnership will see Kidzink build in an Opt-Out on future quotes to support our international School in a Box initiative and they are providing pro-bono design support helping us with our sustainability cookery school which we are building in the Gambia. This project aims to upskill young people out of extreme poverty. We have been blown away by the support of the BCCD membership and BCCD management team for all their support. Coming to the UAE was a gamble but the BCCD have been great partners in our success so far!
