Don't feel pressed to make a new years resolution that won't stick...

How's that New's Year Eve resolution going? If you're still sticking at it, great, you passed the 10day mark! If you've started to dip off, it's not your fault. The conscious mind cannot out-will the subconscious mind easily. This is because you need to get into the psyche and probably improve the relationship with yourself so that your subconscious mind does not sabotage what you want to achieve.
It's the start of the year, you have a lot on your mind, you're tired of hearing everybody's NY wishes & resolutions and probably the negativity that's been creeping back in on how people have resorted back to old habits, behaviors or thought processes? Almost forgotten the intentions they set out for only a few weeks ago. Wrapped up in the realm of life once again...
As I said earlier in the month, don't feel pressed to make a short term, unsustainable NY resolution that won't stick. It might be time to start changing the relationship you hold with yourself and those significant others for the long haul, not just a temporary plaster...
What behaviours, actions, emotions or thoughts aren't sitting right? Maybe you're struggling with yourself? Maybe you're having relationship challenges? Struggling with a separation or the dating scene?
If this sounds familiar, we first need to look at ourselves, we easily blame others, what they did or didn't do. What they said or didn't say. And yes, this maybe true in some instincts but we are 50% of every relationship & if we don't have our half in a more healthy regulated state it will impact those important others.
It's a new year, NOT a new you - You are enough the way you are but we can learn & heal to create healthier thoughts, feelings and relationship habits, patterns, communication and behaviours.
Maybe you're questioning yourself? Your reality? Your treatment? Whether you were right or wrong? Maybe you try to bridge the distance with your partner but never succeed? Maybe you're always dating unsuccessfully? Maybe you're on the brink of divorce or another separation? Maybe you're blaming a partner or an ex? Maybe you're not seeing the conscious truth but the subconscious tinted glasses truth?
If this sounds familiar, it's time to invest in yourself so you can relationship better.
