Responsibilities:

 As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in promoting sales and providing exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

 Working between our Dubai and UK offices to promote sales and expand our clientele.

 Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

 Identifying client requirements and financial abilities and matching them to our extensive property portfolio.

 Conducting day-to-day management of buyers, including generating and organizing viewings, and obtaining offers on properties.

 Consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.

 Effectively managing your time to maximize appointment and activity levels.

 Demonstrating a polite and confident telephone manner, communicating property details effectively.

 Maintaining records on internal databases and handling inquiries generated from various sources in a professional manner.

 Attending relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance.

 Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values and staying knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

 Displaying and marketing real property to potential buyers through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.

 Maintaining and updating all office listings, including managing assigned listings from the management, and cooperating with appraisers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

 Developing and expanding your professional network, collaborating with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

 Preparing necessary paperwork related to listing and selling property, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.

 Assisting other members of the letting and property management team.

 Achieving or exceeding individual monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.

 Creating short videos in a "selfie" format to communicate and promote the two main content hubs: property selling and lifestyle in Dubai.

Requirements:

 Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 Knowledge of the Dubai real estate markets.

 Familiarity with market analysis techniques and best practices.

 Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

 Proficient in using internal databases and technology tools.

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
