Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for Sherwoods' Dubai office.

 Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target audiences.

 Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website updates, blog posts, and social media platforms.

 Coordinate and organise events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

 Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

 Support the sales team by providing marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed.

 Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.

 Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.

 Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

 Proficiency in MS Office suite and graphic design software is a plus.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
