Long stay rates-Grand Mercure Hotel & Residence

Grand Mercure Hotel & Residence are delighted to offer long stay rates!

 

5% additional discount on price  exclusive of all taxes and charges if be booked by 31st of October 2023

  1. All rates are quoted in AED
  2. Above rates inclusive of 7% municipality fee, 5% VAT,
  3. Subject of Tourism Dirham Fee per night payable for the first 30 nights on consecutive stay.

AED 15 (01 BHK), AED 30 (02BHK) & AED 45 (03BHK) net per room per night applicable. Rates are exclusive of breakfast (ROOM ONLY).

  1. Rates are subject to availability at the time of the booking.
  2. 1/2 month rent on a pro-rata basis has to be paid as a Security Deposit prior to the starting date of the lease agreement. The deposit will be returned to the guest after check out, with a deduction in case of property damages, as stated in the agreement.
  3. The rent is payable with a maximum of 4-6 cheques.
  4. For yearly payments, bank transfer can be accepted.
