Waste to Wonder Worldwide are proud to be one of the newest members of the British Business Group, joining in July this year.

We relish the opportunity to both network and contribute with fellow members on all topical subjects. The requirement to develop a sustainable business is unquestionably paramount in this age of social media, corporate responsibility and overall governance. One phrase becoming prominent under the sustainability umbrella is that of Environmental Social Governance (ESG).

 

Waste to Wonder Worldwide are eager to share their portfolio of ESG services with the British Business Group. To include an (Ethical Clearance) process that has now redistributed in excess of £30million of redundant office furniture and equipment to schools and charities internationally. By acting as the conduit on behalf of our corporate customers, we have supported over 1300 schools in 31 countries plus numerous charities and hospitals.

Sustainable business aspirations need to be demonstrable when it comes to Corporate Responsibility and its social media audience as does its ESG governance. Talking a good game, no longer hits the spot, regular updating along with evidence and auditability is required. One of the reasons Waste to Wonder Worldwide film many of its projects on behalf of customers being ‘A picture paints a thousand words’, as they say.

Recycling is becoming old hat, sustainability with all its facets can now form as much as 20% of weighting on tender submissions or framework agreements. Diversity in the workplace can be part achieved by using a Social Enterprise in the supply chain.
