The Cragus Group Welcome you to Discuss the UAE Corporate Tax Regime

The Cragus Group is welcoming business guests to the Capital Club on the 22nd June to discuss the UAE Corporate Tax regime and showcase a solution to alleviate the burden of transfer pricing documentation requirements. The session will be held twice, in the morning and the afternoon. Lunch will be provided for those attending either the morning or afternoon sessions.

Cragus will discuss the design of a company's transfer pricing system to explore the opportunities to manage the tax burden in multiple jurisdictions. It will then demonstrate a software solution ("Cragus Transfer Pricing Documentation") that will minimise the cost of managing the complex multijurisdictional documentation requirements of the UAE and other countries' transfer pricing legislation.

Transfer pricing documentation has to be updated regularly to reflect any changes in the group's activities in all its jurisdictions, requiring input from multiple people in different functions throughout the world. This is a difficult process to manage at the best of times and very costly if not done efficiently.

The software solution Cragus is demonstrating will enable companies to manage their global transfer pricing effectively and consistently thus reducing their costs and challenges from tax authorities.
