UAE EMPLOYMENT TEAM IN LANDMARK DIFC COURT OF APPEAL DECISION

Addleshaw Goddard’s employment team, alongside leading counsel Tom Montagu-Smith KC, has represented The Industrial Group in The Industrial Group Ltd v Abdelazim El Shikh El Fadil Hamid in the DIFC Court of Appeal. The team was initially instructed shortly before trial in the DIFC Court of First Instance.
