To oversee the day-to-day running of the Operations team, making sure the organisation is running smoothly and as well as it possibly can. Maintaining a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. Offering support to the Senior Management Team and reporting to the Executive Management Team. Implementing new processes and offering support to the core staff.
Managing clients from the point of the signed proposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of employment visas, dependent visas, and other visa types
- Oversee the processing of labour and immigration card renewals and amendments
- Oversee the processing of trade licence renewals
- Oversee the workflow of the Operations Team and offer support where required.
- Monitor teams’ interaction with clients and assist and advise where needed.
- Conduct one-on-one training for operations employees as required and follow up to ensure effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Group Manager to ensure consistency of procedures and processes
- Lead the first visa process for all new clients and upon completion onboard the client to the OTL for ongoing client liaison work
- Prepare comprehensive information for the clients following research tasks by the Pros
- Ensure effective payment chasing processes, providing support where required.
- Ensuring all client’s requests are handled effectively and keeping them updated on the company building relationships with clients.
- Maintain the Complaints Tracker
- Send new client surveys for feedback
The following skills are required for this role:
Successful candidates will have 3+ years of relevant experience within the UAE.
- Excellent industry knowledge of UAE visa processes
- Product Knowledge
- Proven management experience on a large team
- Client Relations
- Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal English
Company package
- Full-time position (Monday – Friday)
- Working hours (08.30 am – 17.30pm)
- 30 calendar days / 22 days working days annual leave per annum, in addition to public holidays.
