Mint Stalk Creative and Digital Marketing Agency are hiring an ambitious and well-rounded 'Client Servicing Manager' to join the team !

 

The ideal candidate can think on their feet, is quick and agile at resolving client issues, and is familiar with all Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tick Tock, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Job description:

• To handle a number of client portfolios across Mint Stalk

• To take briefs from clients & liaise with the internal team for execution

• To give constructive feedback to our designers, content writers and campaign managers before submitting work to clients

• To prepare client reports • To manage and motivate the internal marketing team

• To prepare seamless and professional pitch decks and presentations

• To support with preparing invoices & following up with clients on time

• To build and maintain client relationships

• To build and maintain Media relations

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

• Must have fluent written and oral English

• Must be able to work well under pressure and short deadlines

• Must be able to handle and motivate a team, including setting KPIs and monitoring their performance

• Must be available in evenings or weekends if required

• Must be very organized with great attention to detail

• Must have a flair for Art & Design

• Must have a car and valid UAE License

• Must be from a Marketing background
