I'm proud to say I've helped wonderful people find their perfect match – seven couples are now in serious relationships. While talent recruiters match employers’ company culture and requirements with candidates’ experiences and aspirations, a relationship recruiter like myself hones in on clients’ needs, values, lifestyle preferences, relationship goals, and personality traits.

Both types of matchmakers aim for alignment and compatibility. Some connections are hybrid/long-distance, while others are on-site. The parallels are endless but one thing remains true to form: the busier we get, the more problematic it becomes to create meaningful connections in our fast-paced lives.
