Lizzy Johnson is Co-Founder and CEO of ELEVION, a UAE-based advisory and embedded leadership firm working with CEOs, leadership teams, founders and family offices to improve growth, customer and commercial performance.

She has more than 20 years of international experience across the Middle East, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States, working at senior leadership and Board level within multinational organisations, private equity-backed businesses and founder-led companies. Her experience spans market expansion, customer strategy and business transformation across consumer goods, retail, hospitality, F&B, sport and entertainment.

Her international corporate career includes Heineken, Diageo and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), where she held senior roles with responsibility across international markets, brand portfolios and global sport and music properties. This included leading the repositioning and relaunch of Tiger Beer across 65 markets and, at UEFA, working across 55 national associations and major European football championships as a member of the Senior Management Team.

In the GCC, Lizzy's experience includes senior leadership, interim and advisory roles with Flash Entertainment, now Ethara, Deliveroo Middle East, Yas Holding a UAE investment company, and Vapiano/McWin Capital Partners. She has worked with businesses through periods of investment, expansion and transformation, bringing an international and GCC perspective alongside a strong focus on commercial performance and long-term value.

Lizzy is a Fellow of The Marketing Academy and a member of The Marketing Society. She is based in Dubai and was elected to the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce Dubai in 2026 as Industry Director.
