ACCA Middle East brings Financially Speaking back to Dubai

ACCA Middle East will host the second edition of its flagship event, Financially Speaking, in Dubai on 22 October 2026, bringing together government representatives, senior finance leaders and ACCA members to discuss the changing expectations of the finance profession.

Under the theme “Career Paths Reimagined: Future-Proof Finance Skills to Adapt, Pivot & Lead,” this year's event will focus on how finance professionals can respond to changing business needs, develop relevant skills and prepare for the next stage of their careers.

With technology, evolving business priorities and new expectations reshaping the profession, the role of finance professionals continues to expand beyond traditional reporting and compliance. Organisations are increasingly looking to finance teams for sound judgement, strategic insight and the ability to support better business decisions.

Drawing on ACCA's latest Professional Insights research, the discussions will explore what these changes mean in practice, the skills employers value and how finance professionals can remain relevant as their roles evolve.
