Pool season is back, and Ginger Moon at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi is making a day of it. Every Saturday and Sunday, from 12 PM to 7 PM, Sun Chasers brings together five signature margaritas and five matching dishes, with sunbeds, infinity pool dips and live DJ sets completing the weekend line-up.

For AED 250 per person, guests enjoy a sunbed at Ginger Moon, two hours of free-flow margaritas and a sharing platter featuring all five signature dishes. Swimwear is optional to the plan: the experience is also available at the Ginger Moon bar or on the terrace for those who prefer their afternoons fully dressed, cocktail in hand. The signature margaritas and their paired dishes are also available à la carte for those stopping by for a cocktail and a bite.

The menu makes a good case for exploring beyond the classic. The frozen Cocorita takes a tropical turn with coconut and hazelnut, while the Omakase Margarita pairs yuzu with elderflower. Each signature margarita has its own food match, with the platter bringing together Padrón peppers, tuna nacho, crispy calamari, crispy beef sushi and mochi. 

At the heart of the line-up is the Souk Margarita, inspired by W Dubai – Mina Seyahi’s design, which celebrates the region’s rich cultural heritage and storytelling traditions. Bringing that inspiration into the glass, blanco tequila and fresh lime meet dates, saffron and cardamom, recalling the flavours and aromas of Dubai’s spice and date markets. Bright, aromatic and distinctly rooted in its surroundings, it’s a signature serve with a local story.

With the resident DJ on the deck and the infinity pool within easy reach, Sun Chasers leaves plenty of room for an agenda-free afternoon. No rush. Sunshine’s on.
