Michelin Guide ceremony at Atlantis The Royal | Kym Barter

As the Dubai hospitality industry came together to celebrate five years of Michelin Guide in Dubai, we were truly honored to host the ceremony at Atlantis The Royal.

I am so proud to announce that Atlantis Dubai once again retained six Michelin stars across four restaurants, continuing to be home to the Middle East’s most extensive collection of Michelin-starred restaurants.

This recognition includes:

FZN by Björn Frantzén — Three Michelin stars

Ossiano — One Michelin star

Hakkasan Dubai — One Michelin star

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Dubai — One Michelin star

In addition to the six Michelin stars, I am also pleased to see a number of restaurants being recommended.

We were also thrilled to see two of our talented colleagues recognised with special awards;

Chef Remy Marquignon of Ossiano with the Michelin Guide Young Chef Award, and Zahra Erfanian azmoodeh of CARBONE Dubai with the Michelin Guide Exceptional Cocktail Award.

While the stars and accolades are extraordinary, what makes this moment truly meaningful is the people behind them. These achievements belong to the chefs, service teams, sommeliers, bartenders and every colleague working behind the scenes who bring passion, precision and care to our restaurants every day. It is their creativity, consistency and commitment to excellence that continue to elevate Atlantis Dubai as one of the world’s leading culinary destinations.
