Sundays have a new Spanish flavour at El Sur. Beginning on Sunday, 4 October, Olé Brunch brings a new weekly feast to The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, running from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with packages starting at AED 199 per person. With a live Spanish guitarist bringing the room to life, El Sur is making brunch itself the reason to celebrate.

The feast begins with sharing plates, including golden croquetas with piquillo pepper aioli and tortilla de patatas with sweet caramelised onion and truffle. Artisan bread with freshly grated tomato joins Cantabrian anchovies, roasted black garlic butter, Spanish cheeses and Jamón Ibérico, giving guests plenty to share from the start.

Seafood paella follows, with bomba rice, squid, prawns and clams, while Cochinillo Segoviano offers another Spanish favourite for the table.

A live Spanish guitarist brings warmth and energy to the afternoon. Sangria, Spanish wines, Spanish beer and house spirits are included in the free-flowing house beverage package, while the premium option adds sparkling wine and cocktails. Whether it’s a birthday or a long overdue gathering with friends, Olé Brunch makes Sunday an occasion to enjoy together.

For dessert, guests can indulge in churros with chocolate sauce, Basque cheesecake and crema catalana, served for sharing. From the first bite to the last spoonful, Olé Brunch brings the pleasure of a generous brunch together with the energy of a celebration.
