CSP Group Opens New DIFC Office
Date Posted:Thu, 1st Oct 2026
CSP Group has expanded its regulated UAE presence and is now registered with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) as a Company Service Provider in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)
The new office builds on CSP Group’s existing DIFC experience and complements its established regulated presence in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
From within DIFC, CSP Group can support businesses, investors and professional advisers with:
- Operating Companies, Prescribed Companies and Foundations
- Company incorporation and structuring
- Registered office, registered agent and Corporate Service Provider services
- Company secretarial, governance and statutory records
- Accounting, financial reporting, corporate tax and VAT
- Ongoing administration, statutory filings and licence renewals
The opening also comes at an important time for DIFC Prescribed Companies. Under the 2026 Regulations, a Prescribed Company that does not qualify as an Exempt PC must appoint a DIFC-licensed Corporate Service Provider.
CSP Group can act as the appointed provider where required and support with incorporation, registered office services and ongoing corporate maintenance. Existing Prescribed Companies should also review whether the revised requirements apply to their current arrangements.
One Group. Two International Financial Centres.
With an on-the-ground presence in both DIFC and ADGM, CSP Group can help clients assess the appropriate structure and jurisdiction while retaining one relationship for implementation and ongoing support.
This capability forms part of CSP Group’s wider regional platform, with teams and operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman.
