Every business runs on trust, and most of it travels by email | Check your email security now

Whatever sector you work in, your clients share sensitive information with you by email, and they rely on your name being genuine. Invoices, contracts, payment details, personal records and everyday correspondence all carry your brand.
Many businesses assume attackers only go after banks or large corporates. In practice, criminals look for easy targets, and any email domain that isn't properly protected will do. It can be used to send convincing fake invoices, requests to change bank details, or requests for personal information, all in your name. The people who get caught out are your clients, and the damage to trust stays with you.
There is a quieter problem too. If your domain's email authentication isn't set up properly, your genuine messages can land in junk folders or never arrive at all. Quotes, invoices and reminders go missing, and often nobody notices until a client asks where they are.
Three questions worth asking this week:
- Could someone send an email today that looks as if it came from your domain?
- Do you know every service that sends email in your name?
- Are your own messages reliably reaching your clients' inboxes?
Cyber Warden's Mail Aegis locks down your domain so others can't easily send mail that looks like you. It shows you who is sending as you, including the ones who shouldn't be, and watches the DNS records your email depends on. DMARC reporting comes as standard, and the Silver and Gold plans add live scanning for phishing and malware before it reaches your staff. It works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your own mail host.
We already work with businesses across several sectors in the UAE, and our aim is simple. You concentrate on running your business, and we make sure the email your clients rely on is secure, trusted and delivered.
