Operational Role: Licensing manager needed for our growing team

 

CBD Corporate Services specializes in providing market entry, business (re)structuring, company formation and business support services throughout the GCC. This fast paced, dynamic company is looking to recruit a Licensing Manager for its growing team.This operational role requires a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience in the corporate service sector and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 

The role is responsible for assisting the senior leadership team with all new business enquiries from inception to operational delivery.  This will include, but not limited to, the structuring options, the criteria to establish or restructure an entity, the approximate timeframe and the government fees associated with doing so.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate an outstanding knowledge across the company formation/restructuring sector including onshore, offshore, freezones and financial zones.  As well as working with the senior leadership team to onboard new clients, the candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of licencing from issuance, amendments and renewals for all CBD clients.

The candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in the corporate services sector and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
