BCCD Annual Strategic Partner Cigna Healthcare Middle East and Africa is launching its 2026 UAE Edition of the Cigna International Health Study with an exclusive Business Briefing event for BCCD members and guests. The study will reveal timely insights on mental, physical, financial and workplace well-being. 

Beyond the study findings, the discussion will look at the younger generation workforce and how are they coping with stress under the umbrella of resilience. While standard health coverage remains essential, resilience is often not built by policy alone. The discussion will explore how the younger workforce truly copes with stress and what everyday support is required to help employees thrive rather than just survive.
