Thenji Moyo is an award-winning employment lawyer who heads the Gateley Legal employment team and advises on all U.A.E, ADGM and DIFC employment law. 

Having worked in the U.A.E. for well over 10 years, Thenji has a keen interest in business and has advised numerous blue chip, multinational, regional, local and private clients from all industry sectors on complex legal issues. 

Thenji was awarded the Employment Lawyer of the Year at the inaugural G.C.C. Lexis Nexis Women in Law Awards  for her outstanding contributions to the legal business industry. In efforts to improve workplace culture, Gateley Legal under her leadership was awarded the Equality Initiative of the Year at the first Lexis Nexis Women in Law Awards and the Middle East Legal Awards.  Thenji is a champion for promoting mental health and her team was awarded a commendation for Best Mental Health Care in the Legal Profession at the inaugural Mentl Awards.
